To identify and engage those suffering from unexpected (foreclosure) and current home loss.
To provide them education and resources to soften the blow to themselves and their families.
To provide them hope and help them identify resources in their area for: counseling, financial assistance, rentals, and other programs that may provide financial assistance on rent.
To engage real estate agents and other professionals in identifying temporary living spaces for displaced families and individuals.
To develop incentives for professionals to support displaced families.
To engage community in outreach and fundraising to help cover rental costs.
To coordinate and work with the Community/City, Homeless advocates and like-minded organizations.
To help provide educational resources as well as physical safe living environments to those living on the streets.
To identify and work with local mental health programs to coordinate access to counseling and other needs.
